The VWAP MAP allows the day trader to map out the territory. In addition, we have Floor trader and Market Maker levels built into the BIG-Picture tools. These tools allow us to see when Large Speculators (Hedge Funds, Market Makers, and other HFT players) enter the markets. And because these players have the power to move the markets of certain levels, they will move the price action to these Floor Trader and Market Maker levels that are built into the levels indicator.
Unlike how most people use moving averages… the VWAP MAP is really good for seeing the price FLOW and support as well as resistance of previous areas. The VWAP MAP allows the trader to see where prices should be contained and what direction price action should flow. Once prices start knocking out the last 3 days of VWAP levels, you have very good odds that the large speculators, Institutions and ALGOS are entering the picture.
The VWAP MAP and BIG-Picture Indicators were designed for use with the NOBS Trading Room. These tools are used to help educate traders in the room about how we day trade. Traders can join the room without purchasing additional products… but once you see these tools work in a live capacity, you will not want to trade without them.
